Callegher Bruno

Bruno Callegher (Ormelle, 1954) has been Associate Professor of Numismatics at the University of Trieste, Department of Sciences of Antiquity, since  2005. He was the Director of the Bottacin Museum in Padua from 1998 to 2005. He works in the following sectors of research: Finds of Roman coins in northern Italy, in Acaia-Elide-Messenia (north-east Peloponnese), in Upper Galilee  (Israel); Byzantine mintage; History of numismatic collecting between the 18^th and 19^th centuries.
